Architectural Services

I provide residential, commercial, and developer architectural services throughout Central Florida, and occasionally beyond Florida.

Neighborhood Design

Neighborhood architectural services; a two-story house with a front porch supported by columns, multiple windows, and a gabled roof with an arched window at the top.

As Town Architect for Baldwin Park, I helped develop and administer design guidelines for one of Central Florida’s most recognized new urbanist communities. That work included reviewing architectural massing, building placement, density, and style expression to help ensure that the neighborhood developed with consistency and quality.

I have also worked with Tavistock on planning services, architectural guidelines, and architectural review at Laureate Park in Lake Nona, and I have long served on the Design Review Committee for Lake Nona Estates.

New Custom Home Design

Orlando custom designed homes; a two-story white house with multiple windows surrounded by greenery, American and Texas flags hanging near the porch, with a brick pathway and potted plants leading to the entrance.

Designing a new home is an opportunity to create something lasting, personal, and beautiful. I can help whether your vision is already strong, or if you need help finding inspiration and a style that will speak to your taste and the space you want to experience.

Even when a home is entirely new, I believe there is value in proportion, restraint, and details that feel rooted in tradition.

Alterations, Additions & Renovations

Not every project begins with a blank slate. Many of my clients come to me because they love where they live but need their home to work better for the way they live now.

A successful renovation starts with understanding what is worth preserving, what needs to change, and how to make the entire home feel more resolved in the end. I help clients think through layout, circulation, exterior appearance, and long-term livability before construction begins. This early architectural planning can make a major difference in the quality of the finished project, especially in neighborhoods with a strong architectural identity.

Thoughtful additions and alterations can add space, improve flow, bring in light, and help an older home feel more cohesive without losing its original character.
